Pit type hardening furnace
Ⅰ.Brief
Pit type hardening furnace is national standard energy-saving industrial electric furnace. The highest working temperature can reach 1200℃. is mainly used for quenching, annealing of alloy steel, high-speed steel, high manganese steel, high chromium steel, metal materials and mechanical parts heat treatment. With temperature control system, used in conjunction with the control system, the heating temperature can be automatically controlled.
Ⅱ.Heating method: electric, can also be heated by nature gas or diesel.
Ⅲ. Structure
This Pit furnace consists of steel cylindrical shell, furnace lining, seal cover, resistance heater element and control system.
1. The main body frame is weld by section steels and with steel plates. The furnace lining adopts aluminum silicate fiber insulation material.
2. The resistance heater elements are made by high-resistance alloy materials, lay around the lining fixed by ceramic parts. Easy to repair and replacement.
3. The furnace cover sealing adopts graphite asbestos fill inner and silicone rubber fill outer.
4. There are gas fill system on the furnace cover as gas pipes and valves.
5. Control system
The temperature control system consist of: thermocouples, intelligent digital temperature controller, solid-state relay and heating elements.
Control meters: The furnace use the automatic temperature control instrumentation system, The temperature control system could alarm when over-temperature as sound and light alarm.
The power control system consist of solid-state relay and zero-over trigger system, with cool system. There is a button on the cool system, when the temperature of the cool system is high, the solid-state relay will stop work and sound alarm. There are automatic air switch and fast-acting device use as protect method
