RIVET NUTS also known as rivet nuts, pull cap, includes rivet nuts with flat head with blind hole, rivet nuts with full hex shank, rivet nuts with semi-hex shank, rivet nuts with small CSK head, rivet nuts with square shaped flat head, elevator rivet nuts, with knurling or without knurling and so on.

In order to solve the fusible problem when we weld the thin metal plate or thin pipe, avoid the tapping thread easy sliding teeth and other shortcomings, Rivet nuts do not need tapping thread, do not need welding nut, it’s with higher efficiency and safety.

Various package methods are available, such as small box packing (Plastic bag +Box +Carton +Pallet) and bulk packing (Plastic bag + Carton+ Pallet), pallets or wooden cases is available.
It is promised that all nuts we produced are under the QC control which is ISO9001:2015. Usually, the unqualified rate of this part is 500PPM. Rely on our automatic optical machine; we can lower the unqualified rate of this part to 50PPM.
For the thread Gauge, usually we promise 6H (go gauge and no go gauge) to our customers, but some customers have special requirement which is go gauge 6G and no go gauge 6H.
With the plating thickness analysis machine, we can assure the plating thickness to our customer who needs special requirement.
